| American Fusion Belly Dancer Molly Wyldfyre will be in Chicagoland to teach us a dance to go with Jehan's 'Spiritdancer', a beautiful song of Goddesses. This workshop will help get your mind in touch with your body, help you move like a Goddess and assist you in finding a deeper understanding of yourself. It concentrates on poses and moving from one to another fluidly to create stretch and flow through the dancer. Whether you are a beginner or are an advanced dancer, you will work to enhance flexibility, learn new ways of moving your body, and create a deeper sense of spirituality. The workshop will use yoga, drills, and choreography geared to challenge as well as deepen your personal movements. Come join us for an afternoon of dance and spirituality on a whole new level! |
